About the event

25 minutes of Meditation for 25 days for $25.  Oct 3 - Nov 4 (Monday-Friday | Weekends Off).

Practice calming your mind in community. Witness how just 25 minutes a day might change your life. Class is broken down to a routine of 10 minutes or movement/asana, 5 minutes of pranayama/breathwork, and 10 minutes of guided and silent meditation. Class will begin right on time so that we can get the most out of our time together. Please sign on a few minutes early to get set up. Though it's encouraged that you attend as many sessions as possible to develop the habit of meditating everyday, classes will be recorded if you need to miss a session.
