About the event
Welcome. This is a Meditation gathering to center ourselves in practices that seek to reduce harm in ourselves, our relationships, and in our world. In this class we will do some very gentle body movements, breath-work, and practice yogic meditation with a focus on peace. Open to beginners or seasoned practitioners, alike. There will be options to do this class seated, standing, or anyway you would need to physically support yourself.
Beautiful wisdom teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh says, "Preventing the war is much better than protesting against the war. Protesting the war is too late."
